The VMC200 is a 3-axis small CNC machining center with an optional 4th axis. It can be configured as either floor-standing or bench-mounted. Equipped with a high-performance 4-axis milling CNC controller supporting multi-language interface display, the machine comes standard with an MPG hand wheel.
Constructed from high-quality castings, it adopts high-precision linear guides and ball screws paired with a automatic lubrication system to extend guide rail service life. It features a 6-tool automatic tool change (ATC) system and an ISO20 spindle. The variable-frequency water-cooled spindle motor operates quietly with a maximum spindle speed of 24,000 rpm.
XYZ axes come with AC servo motors. Optional configurations include flood coolant system, industrial cabinet base and automatic tool setter.
This machine is ideal for machining various hard-to-cut materials including aluminum and steel. Compatible CAM software includes MasterCAM, UG, Fusion360 and SolidWorks. It is well-suited for process development, advertising design, artwork fabrication, CNC training at vocational technical colleges, as well as for DIY enthusiasts.
